Justin Morello

Justin has spent over two decades advising and representing large multi-national corporations, guiding them through crisis, and resolving their legal issues. By founding Morello Law, P.C., Justin brings the same quality of service to individuals and companies dedicated to doing the right thing.  Justin has represented clients in individual, class, and representative actions. He has expertise in California wage and hour law, including commission plans, overtime, vacation, minimum wage, expense reimbursement, regular rate, and misclassification claims.  He also has represented clients in discrimination, disability, leave, retaliation, and whistleblower claims.  He has resolved matters for clients in Federal and State Court as well as through arbitration and mediation. Justin now focuses his practice on providing Mediation services and guiding clients through the employment lifecycle.
